On September 21, the first phase of Infore investment fund was successfully held in the conference room of Infore group.

The shareholders' meeting will be a regular meeting of the investors (LP) to report the investment status on a regular basis. In addition to regularly posting investment information on the company's website, Infore will hold two investor conferences each year to communicate with investors about project investment and report on venture capital.

At the meeting, Infore venture capital general manager Lu Dan reported to investors the first half of the fund's work. After the Spring Festival this year, Infore has completed several projects, and the investment of the first phase has come to an end. For the projects that have been invested, Infore venture capital will usually send directors and supervisors, participate in important meetings of enterprises, timely understand the enterprise information, and provide necessary after-investment value-added services for investment enterprises. Currently, the operation of investment projects is basically in line with investment expectations. Looking forward to the work in the second half of the year, Infore venture capital will continue to invest in the follow-up funds of the first phase, focusing on the development of the local market in Shunde. It also strengthens investment management. Most projects will begin to be listed within 1-2 years. Infore venture capital will strengthen the communication of the project, provide multi-directional assistance in the improvement of governance structure, market development and capital operation, and strive for the early success of more investment projects in the capital market.

In the end, He Jianfeng, chairman of Infore investment holding group, put forward higher expectations on the operation of Infore venture capital. He hopes that Infore will soon form his own investment style, based on Shunde, entering into the whole country.
